RepUnlock provides an AI-powered fitness platform that includes:
- Real-time rep counting using computer vision
- Exercise tracking and progress statistics
- Screen Time integration to incentivize exercise
- Streak tracking and daily challenges
- Leaderboards and weekly competitions
- Focus Mode to manage app distractions
3. Screen Time Feature
⚠️ Important Notice
RepUnlock's Focus Mode uses Apple's Screen Time API. By enabling this feature, you authorize RepUnlock to manage app restrictions based on your exercise activity.
You can disable Focus Mode at any time in Settings. This feature is designed to help you build healthy habits, not to restrict access punitively.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Not share your account credentials
- Not create multiple accounts for leaderboard manipulation
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Manipulate rep counts or exercise data
- Create fake accounts or impersonate others
- Harass or abuse other users on leaderboards
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI detection system
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Upload inappropriate profile content
6. Health Disclaimer

- Form feedback is for guidance only, not medical advice
- Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain or discomfort
- We are not liable for injuries sustained during exercise
7. Intellectual Property
The RepUnlock name, logo, AI algorithms, and all related content are owned by RepUnlock and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Reverse engineer our software or AI models
8. Subscriptions and Payments
RepUnlock may offer premium features through in-app purchases:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime through App Store settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
- Free trial periods convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability and fitness
- Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted
- Warranties regarding AI accuracy
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPUNLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PHYSICAL INJURIES DURING EXERCISE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF PROFITS.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
